1 General Terms & Conditions

24bdbaje (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service. These Terms and Conditions apply to all members of the platform. By accessing and using the website, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳৳ 500.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Payments sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳৳ 1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if any suspicious activity is detected.

4 Betting Rules

All betting decisions made on 24bdbaje are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error on our end has occurred.

Bet Acceptance

• A bet is not considered confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation message.
• 24bdbaje will not be held responsible for bets that fail to register due to network issues.
• 24bdbaje reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds that were displayed due to an error.

If a match is cancelled or postponed

If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded. In the case of a postponement, decisions will be made in accordance with international sporting regulations. Generally, if the match does not take place within 48 hours, the bet will be considered void.

Live Betting

Odds change continuously during live betting. Due to network delays, the odds displayed at the time of placing a bet may shift by the time it is confirmed. The odds shown at the point of confirmation are final.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

24bdbaje regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering requirement must be completed. Typically, you must wager between 5× and 10× the bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion can only be claimed once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonuses are for betting use only — they cannot be withdrawn directly.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 24bdbaje. Violations of these Terms and Conditions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account with others or using another person's account.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Advantage Play: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• False Information: Using a false identity or address during registration.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

24bdbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time. An account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• For violating these Terms and Conditions.
• If you fail KYC verification or provide incorrect information.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Under court order or government directive.

Closing Your Account Yourself

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support center or requesting it via live chat. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing your account.

Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible betting, you may self-exclude from the platform for a set period. During a self-exclusion period, reactivation of the account is not possible.
